Craft Corner: Cupcake Liner Wreath

In honor of Halloween coming up, I thought I would post this cute Halloween wreath I came across. It's easy to make a cute but different wreath to hang on your door and it's made out of cupcake liners! Our black dot, orange dot, black stripe, and orange stripe would be perfect for this!
