I made a custom pink and brown polka dot cupcake tower and made both chocolate and white cupcakes and petit fours each with a white M monogram in chocolate cupcake liners.
Thanks!! I printed a cursive font out and piped the M with melted chocolate. The non-pereils are a good addition in my opinion because they cover up uneven lines that show when the chocolate dries.
