Happy Valentine's Day!

I decided to experiment with making some whoopie pies last night for Valentine's Day and they came out pretty good. I used a cookie scoop to make sure the sizing was consistent and i piped on the icing in the center. These things are a perfect size and are so versatile. You can pretty much mix and match with anything! So, in honor of Valentine's Day, here are my first whoopie pies: Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Filling!
